Drew, your guide and the proud owner of Lost Boys Fishing. As a born and raised Alaskan, Drew’s love for fishing began during his summers spent on the Kenai River chasing after salmon and trout. Drew started his guiding journey at 18 in Cooper Landing dedicating himself to guiding the waters of the Kenai Peninsula. During the off season, Drew is an enthusiastic skier, dedicating his winters to running and coaching the Alyeska Freeride Team in Girdwood sharing his love for skiing with Alaska’s youth. With Drew as captain, expect not only expert guidance on the river but also a contagious enthusiasm for the outdoors and a commitment to passing on the legacy of Alaskan adventure to the next generation.

Our guide Chris is more than an avid trout and salmon fisherman, he’s a testament to the spirit of the Kenai River itself. Growing up fishing on these waters with family, he transitioned easily from summers spent fishing to becoming a raft guide and ultimately a seasoned fishing guide. Chris’s connection to the Kenai river drives him to provide each angler on his boat with the warmth and familiarity of family. During the off-season he uses his passion for teaching as a high school math teacher in Anchorage earning him the affectionate nickname “Teach.” His expertise in both fishing and education ensures that every moment spent with Chris is not just about catching fish but about forming lasting connections and fostering a love for the river that runs deep.
